ITFA is pleased to launch the conference website for its 47th Annual Conference. However, we wish to inform you that in view of the current situation related to the spreading of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we have taken a cautionary approach.

Whilst we are closely monitoring the current situation and hope that the circumstances will ameliorate, ITFA wishes to advise that it reserves the right to cancel the conference or move it to a different location. In such an event, notice will be given as soon as reasonably possible.
In order to help with your planning, we have also revised the registration key dates, as follows:
- Early Bird (12 July – 15 August)
- Standard Fees (16 August – 15 September)
- Late Fees (16 September – 5 October)
You will be able to cancel any registration made before 15 August at no cost. Any payments thereafter will be charged at the rate applicable to the period during which such payment is made.
It is the responsibility of each delegate to ensure that they are fully vaccinated and/or have a suitable negative coronavirus test result in accordance with all applicable legal requirements and are able to provide valid evidence of such vaccination or test result.
ITFA is not and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, wasted expenditure or costs caused by such modification or cancellation of the Conference.
We are sure you will appreciate that this exceptional situation is totally beyond ITFA’s control.
